PARENT ON-BOARDING HELP GUIDE

This guide provides answers to frequently asked questions for both new and returning parent portal users.
We regularly update this resource to keep information current.

1. HOW TO: Registration Process for New or Returning Participants

1. Fill out a program inquiry.

2. Register for your child to try out for a travel team

3. If you are unsure if your child is ready for a competitive or elite team,  the head coach may determine a development pathway during your child’s evaluation tryout.

4. Send a follow up email if you wish to move forward with signing after you receive feedback from the head coach.

If you have already done all the above you can simply move to the registration form

2. HOW TO: Add a sibling to an existing registration

Adding a sibling to your account:

    1. Log into your parent portal account (if you didn't add them during initial registration)
    2. You must have a current and active primary account to access the sibling add-on page
    3. For a third sibling, you must have already registered and paid fees for the first and second siblings
    4. After adding a sibling, complete a player registration profile for them
      1. Make sure you are logged into your parent portal account and hover over "MY ACCOUNT" > SIBLING ADD-ONS > PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM

3. HOW TO: Register for games

IMPORTANT: You only need to register once per weekend.

2. Click on PROGRAM SCHEDULE to view TEAM CALENDAR
3. Click on EVENT DATE ( this is the date(s) you confirmed via your ROLL CALL SUBMISSION)
4. Click "(CLICK HERE TO REGISTER)"
